"This is an update as we have had the new system for about a year now. The job went very well from start to finish. our unit went out the week before a holiday weekend. We called several of the "big" companies and were told that unless we had a service contract, it would be after the holiday weekend before they could even come out--(about 5 days). Called Ledlow's Heating and Air and he said it would be that day but late. He assured me he would come and he did. It was about 7:30 P.M. as I recall. He got our 30 year old unit up and running but said it was only a matter of time before it needed replacing. There was never any "sales pitch" or pressure, he simply stated that it was an old unit and would be unreliable. We could never cool the house during the summer. We gave Ledlow's our business because he took the time out of his very busy day to get us cooling again and responded when no one else would. He answered the many questions we had thoroughly. He took many measurements and calculations. We purchased his recommended complete heating and cooling system and just as Mr. Ledlow stated, our power bill has been cut almost in half! The new unit has performed flawlessly this year. Our home has never been this cool during the summer months or more comfortable during the winter. I would HIGHLY recommend Ledlow's Heating and Air for all of your heating and air needs. Call them, you won't regret it."

"Mr Ledlow arrived on time. I explained that the fan on my A/C unit was starting to occasionally make some noise. The unit is 16 years old, and with the high temperatures we've had lately I was afraid it might go out during a really hot day. He quickly started to diagnose the problem. I asked questions as he worked and he made sure I understood his answers. As it turned out, the fan motor was in the early stages of failure. Mr Ledlow left to get a new one and returned shortly. He installed the new one quickly. Since he was here, I asked if he would check my freon level just to be sure it was alright (if I needed more, I would like for him to do it now while he was here rather than me have to call him back at a later date). He checked it and said my freon level was fine. I've been contemplating upgrading my A/C system. As I said, it's 16 years old and needs occasional maintenance. I asked Mr Ledlow about his thoughts on this. He told me that my system was working fine and he didn't think that I needed to replace it right now. I've been preparing for the day that a repairman tells me that I need to purchase a new system. It's not a cheap thing, so I was waiting for him to tell me that I needed a new XYZ123 system that would cost me so much. I hinted several times during his visit about replacing my system, but he repeatedly told me that my system was fine for now. He would spec out one for me if I wanted, but my current system was fine. Where I'm going with this is that I gave him several opportunities to tell me that I needed a new system. However, he told me that my current system was fine. Honesty! Imagine that. He didn't try to sell me something that I don't currently need. The man arrived on time, was very polite, answered all my questions and when given the opportunity to sell me something that I don't currently need he was honest and told me the truth. He gave me a discount for finding him on Angie's List. He charged me for a service call and the replaced fan motor. If you're looking for someone like this then search no more. I will definitely hire him in the future for all my A/C work."
"Bruce did a through job on the system, just as he did last year with the installation (the best). After completing his job Bruce did more. My mother-in-law was having issues with her wood floors. Bruce noticed that and called a friend (Also on Angie's list) and asked him to come out to look into the problems. That is truly exceptional service. Thank you."
