I called Energy Savers but was turned down because they can't take any new customers at that time. So I called Ledlow and he came by to help me with my AC problem. "Had Mr. Ledlow out a few weeks ago to check my HVAC system as I was having issues with the system freezing up.Probably spent in the ballpark of $1500 the last 2 years having it tested, checked, analyzed. It was starting to get to the point where I was going to just buy a new system to avoid all the headaches. With my final attempt Mr. Ledlow came out checked my system, walked through my house, checked all duct work. He noticed immediately that my attic lacked the necessary ventilation required for the system. He recommended some fixes and told me when I was able to complete them as they were out of his scope of work he would come back out for another service call. Well I had a roofing crew come in and add addtional vents and with that small fix I noticed 3 to 5 degree change in the house, my attic is temperate and not a sauna. Mr. Lewdlows environmental knowledge in addition to his technical knowledge was great and saved me thousands just because he took the time and has the experience with this area. Do me a favor if your reading this, steer clear of the bigger named companies in town. Mr. Ledlows prices are cheaper for a service call and his experience far surpasses that of his competitors."

Bruce made sure that the advanced system was installed correctly and continuously updated me on the daily installation status. Bruce also informed me of the additional warranties and how to register my products so I received the maximum coverage. The installation crew were always on time or a little early. They even adjusted their work schedule so it would not interfere with my work days. I wish more companies like this were available."
