"Owner/service person Bruce Ledlow: A prompt, courteous, and diligent worker who does not quit until the job is "right" - and a super-nice fellow besides. Worked for me under embarrassingly horrible conditions without negative comment or complaint. Uses a fixed price structure for parts that factors in labor. No additional charges were tacked on when the job proved more difficult than expected, even when a hefty chunk of extra time was needed to complete it. Feel he actually under-priced the job, considering the time and effort required to repair my system. Additionally, he went an extra mile to clean outside around the compressor. Will have a better picture regarding price when I have ductwork cleaned or replaced and install a new system - both jobs I plan to hire him for later in the year. However, for the typical service call to repair in lieu of replace, he is at least as competent and reasonably priced as anyone I've used over the years, and a whole lot nicer! Definitely a "keeper" to add to my permanent service provider card file."

"I contacted the provider at 11:30 AM and explained my situation. He considered the situation, asked several questions to try and troubleshoot over the phone, and then promised that he would arrive at my home in about 1.5 hour. The provider called me when he was on his way, right on time, and verified my address and phone number. When the prover arrived at my home, he greeted me and asked for all of the details about what was wrong with my AC system. He then went outside, and checked the coolant level. It was low. Instead of just filling it up and going on his way, he explained to me that if the coolant is low, there is something else wrong (a leak, etc). He said that if he fills it up, then it will leak but it should get me through the summer. I then had him fill the system, and promised to call him back in the fall to diagnose the issue. I also had a coupon for the service, and not only did he honor that, he actually gave me a better deal. I am EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with the service I received. If you aren't happy with Ludlow's, I dont know what will make you happy."

"Even though his earlier job ran very late, he did not put us off and still came on the same afternoon he said he would. And, he took the time to educate my son on things he can do to take care of the A/C himself. Great service!"
