"Bruce and a co-worker spent a long time here trying to figure out what was wrong, what type of unit it was, etc. Even though I knew I would need a new heat pump soon, he was not pushy about ordering one at all. He added some freon and we are now deciding whether to go with a new unit. My old, old unit is cooling nicely. So happy to have it fixed. Bruce explained every step, made suggestions, etc. VERY helpful suggestions. I just wish every business had this business' work ethic. Great service at a good price. When I do decide to go with a new heat pump (and that will most likely be soon!) I will chose Bruce to do the work!"
"I'd had my lower system refreshed with Freon last early summer. It had lasted during the hot months, but leaked to a below functional level during the winter months (heat strips kept us from knowing it had failed). Once the weather warmed up, it was apparent that It was not cooling. I did not want to spend more money on a 20+ year old system, so Bruce set me up with a new unit with a 10 year warranty. He checked the upstairs unit as part of his service and found it very low on Freon as well. He did some more checking and adjustments before recharging the system. Bruce was very concerned with our satisfaction, and took great care of our needs. I have a new HVAC provider now, and am happy with my experience."
"Mr. Ledlow was very punctual, and forthcoming with his analysis of our problem, and he was wiling to try to repair our unit before recommending a total replacement. I say this because this same problem is the reason we had to buy our current unit in 2003, but that service company didn't mention that this could possibly be repaired and the large expense delayed. Mr Ledlow was able to keep our charges around $500, as opposed to $4K."

"Bruce showed up not only on time, but a few minutes early. He did a thorough assessment of the unit and was able to conclude that it was a faulty thermostat causing the issue. He had a replacement unit with him already, and was able to swap out the defective unit that day. He gave me a fair price and a 1 year warranty to boot. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism of my service from Bruce, and will be using him exclusively in the future."
"Had to replace two parts which were bulk of cost. Had to come out twice more to fix wiring issues that caused fan to go off and on. He came out immediately and corrected the wiring issues with no additional charge. Was also very conscientious about disturbing my sick husband."
